Please join us as we learn about the basics of grieving from our friends
at Grief's Journey. The Grief 101 presentation is designed to give the
audience a deeper understanding of grief and how individuals react to
it. It’s also educating on how to support the grieving community. We will
focus on the different types of grief reactions, tips on how to take care
for ourselves while grieving and do a self-care activity. Stay tuned for an
exciting announcment at the end of the presentation. Parking is located
in lot E on UNO's campus.
